Enable Rich Text
Under some of the fields, you will see a link that says "Enable Rich Text". That is my present to you, oh non-code reader. Click it and a toolbar will appear at the top of the field. Here, you can make text bold, in italics, or underlined just like you would in word perfect. You can also make a numbered or bulleted list.
If you ever want to type things up in Word Perfect first, and then cut & paste them onto your site (which I suggest you resist doing if you can), make sure you use the little clip board with the Word Perfect W on it to do so. Never directly cut and paste ANYTHING from word onto this website. It will make your format and page go higgledy-piggledy,
You will also see a chain link (to make html links) and a broken chain link (to remove them).
The html button lets you see what the html (code) is for what you've created. The good thing about this is that if there is a field that doesn't let you use the editor (I have not done a thorough search at this time) BUT you want to do some special coding, write the content in one field that uses the editor, show the code on the screen, copy it and paste it into the desired field. Exception: never do this for title fields.
The format option (that offers h2) makes your writing appear like the big headers with the orange square. I don't know when you might use it, but thought I would include it anyway.
And finally, there is the picture link. I'd rather I teach you how to do it WITHOUT the editor, but you can try it out. I haven't tested it yet so I have no idea what it will do. It will allow you to upload images, but I think you still need to fiddle with it.
Word of caution: the editor is not fool proof. It often creates gremlins that mess with formatting. Nothing will break (so don't worry about that) but it might LOOK broken.
