Who is Jim Annan?
Jim is not computer savvy. Jim is a native of La Salle, Ontario and a graduate of the Acting Program at the School Of Dramatic Art, University of Windsor. In 2000, he moved to Toronto where he delved into the comedy scene. His sketch troop Two For Flinching, with fellow members Brian Froud and Gene Abella, performed around Toronto as well as performing in New York and Chicago.
He was hired by The Second City National Touring Company in 2002 and travelled all over Ontario including Belleville three times! He is a current member of The Second City Toronto Mainstage cast, where he has written and performed in four revues including the Dora Award Nominated, "Bird Flu Over The Cuckoo's Nest" (also a Canadian Comedy Award Nominee).
Jim is excited to be launching his newest comedy duo, Unofficial Mascot, with his writing partner Scott Montgomery.
Film credits include: "LOVEGIRL" (nominated Canadian Comedy Award, Best Male Performer), "Talk To Me", "The Incredible Hulk" (2008), "One Week" (2008), "Weapon" (2008), "Repossession Mambo" (2009).
Television credits include: "Billable Hours", "G-Spot", "Booky And The Secret Santa". Jim can also be seen in various commercials.
